Wuxi Sunlit Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.08 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an update to the payment currency of HKD 0.0877 per share. Shareholders must be on record by July 8, 2024, to receive the dividend, which will be paid on July 19, 2024. A withholding tax of 10% will apply to both enterprise and individual non-resident shareholders.
