Wuxi Sunlit Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.08 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0964, amounting to HKD 0.0877 per share. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 26, 2024, and the dividend will be payable on July 19, 2024, with an ex-dividend date set for June 28, 2024. A withholding tax rate of 10% will be applied to both enterprise and individual non-resident shareholders.
