WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced the successful exercise of share options by 307 incentive participants under its 2019 A Share Incentive Plan for the third vesting period, which concluded in the second quarter of 2024. The options exercised correspond to a substantial 98.14% of the total available under the plan, leading to the issuance of new ordinary A Shares. These shares have been registered and credited to the participants’ accounts, with trading set to commence shortly after.
