WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced the cancellation of 31,509 Share Options granted under their 2019 A Share Incentive Plan due to seven incentive participants leaving the company or not exercising their options within the third vesting period. This move, approved at the twelfth meeting of the third session of the Board, is not expected to significantly affect the company’s operating results. The cancelled options were originally part of an adjusted initial grant aimed at incentivizing employees.
