WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced the outcomes of their 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and subsequent 2024 class meetings, which included resolutions on the payment of cash dividends and amendments to the Articles of Association. The AGM, which was held on June 12, 2024, saw a strong attendance with 37.5% of the total shareholding voting, either in person or online. The company confirmed that all resolutions were passed without the need for shareholders holding treasury shares to vote, as there were none at the time of the meeting.
