Wuling Motors Holdings Limited announced a change in its principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda and Hong Kong, effective January 1, 2025. The new agents, Appleby Global Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited and Tricor Investor Services Limited, will handle all future share transfer applications. Investors should note the transition of share certificate collection starting January 2, 2025.
