WT Financial Group Limited has announced plans for a proposed securities issue, totaling 3,000,000 new performance rights scheduled to vest on 1st July and expire three years post-vesting, with a proposed issue date of 2nd September 2024. The issue, intended to be quoted on the ASX under a new class-code yet to be confirmed, is part of a placement or other securities issuance as per the ASX Listing Rules.
