WT Financial Group Ltd. (AU:WTL) has released an update.

WT Financial Group Limited announced the issuance of 1,000,000 unquoted equity securities, specifically Performance Rights Vesting, scheduled for July 1st with a three-year expiry post-vesting, on September 2, 2024. This issuance is part of a transaction previously communicated in an Appendix 3B to the market. These securities are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
