Wrkr Ltd (AU:WRK) has released an update.
Trent Lund, along with associated entities Unlocked Investments Pty Ltd and Digital Niche Investments Pty Ltd, reported a decrease in their voting power in Wrkr Ltd from 20.4% to 15.569% due to dilution from a recent share issue and convertible note conversions. Despite this change, they have maintained a substantial holding in the company, with Trent Lund’s entities now holding a combined total of over 259 million votes in Wrkr Ltd.
