Wrkr Ltd Director Increases Share Holdings

Wrkr Ltd has announced a change in holdings for director Paul Collins, with a significant conversion of 500,000 convertible notes into 20,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $0.025 each. The transaction has resulted in an increase in Collins’ indirect interest via Parmms Enterprises Pty Ltd, where he is a director and beneficiary. Post-conversion, the number of ordinary shares held indirectly by Collins has surged to 36,666,667.
