Wrkr Ltd, in their latest corporate governance statement, has disclosed adherence to the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s recommendations, except for gender diversity. While no new directors or senior executives were appointed during the period, the company re-elected Paul Collins as director and provided shareholders with comprehensive information for the decision. Despite not complying with the diversity policy recommendations, Wrkr Ltd highlights its commitment to merit-based appointments by noting its first female Chair and CFO, appointed in 2021.
