While no new directors or senior executives were appointed during the period, the company re-elected Paul Collins as director and provided shareholders with comprehensive information for the decision. Despite not complying with the diversity policy recommendations, Wrkr Ltd highlights its commitment to merit-based appointments by noting its first female Chair and CFO, appointed in 2021.
