WOTSO Property (ASX: WOT) has reported a record-breaking revenue of $49.7 million for the 2024 financial year, fueled by the success of its WOTSO FlexSpace division, which saw an expansion to 26 locations and a 16% rise in revenue. The company also achieved a high average portfolio occupancy of 98% and announced a statutory profit of $781,000 after tax, with a dividend maintained at 1.0 cent.
