WOTSO Expands with New Liverpool FlexSpace

WOTSO Property (AU:WOT) has released an update.

WOTSO, an ASX-listed flexible workspace provider, has further extended its reach by opening a new location in Liverpool, marking its 26th site across Australia and New Zealand. The company’s growth strategy includes repurposing distressed assets to leverage low post-COVID rents and expand its network, with a total of 7500 desks now available to its members. The Liverpool space boasts 40 desks, private offices, and meeting rooms, designed to foster a vibrant and collaborative working environment.
