World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Ltd has announced a major transaction involving the renewal of their existing tenancy agreements for premises, which are now recognized as a right-of-use asset valued at approximately HK$69 million. The transaction, requiring shareholder approval, has already secured written consent from a majority shareholder group, negating the need for an extraordinary general meeting.
