World Copper Ltd. successfully completed the final portion of their non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $4.86 million by issuing over 69 million units. The funds acquired are earmarked for general working capital and development expenses. The final tranche also established a new insider trust, with all securities subject to a four-month trading restriction and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
