Workspace Group PLC has unveiled Leroy House, its first net zero building, designed to meet the rising demand from SMEs for sustainable workspaces. The refurbished 57,000 sq. ft. space in Islington preserves 90% of its original structure and boasts impressive environmental credentials, including a 40% reduction in embodied carbon. With features like renewable energy and community-focused amenities, Leroy House has already attracted significant interest from London’s businesses.
