The refurbished 57,000 sq. ft. space in Islington preserves 90% of its original structure and boasts impressive environmental credentials, including a 40% reduction in embodied carbon. With features like renewable energy and community-focused amenities, Leroy House has already attracted significant interest from London’s businesses.
