Workspace Group plc has announced that two of its key management personnel, CEO Graham Clemett and CFO Dave Benson, have received ordinary shares as part of the company’s Deferred Bonus Plan. The shares were granted at no cost to the executives and the transactions took place outside of a trading venue on June 28, 2024. This move could indicate the company’s commitment to aligning the interests of its management with those of the shareholders.
