Workspace Group plc has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, with all resolutions presented being passed by shareholders. Key decisions included the adoption of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, approval of the Annual Remuneration Report, and declaration of a final dividend of 19.0p per share. Shareholders also re-elected board members and appointed BDO LLP as the company’s auditors, with copies of special resolutions to be made available on the UK Listing Authority’s website.
