Woori Financial Group Inc. held its annual general meeting of shareholders on March 23, 2026, where investors approved the 2025 separate and consolidated financial statements, showing total consolidated assets of KRW 601.5 trillion, net income of KRW 3.23 trillion and earnings per share of KRW 4,052, backed by unqualified audit opinions. Shareholders also endorsed total 2025 cash dividends of KRW 1,360 per common share, implying a 3.4% yield, with KRW 760 per share to be distributed from capital reserve so it is not treated as taxable dividend income under Korean tax law.
