Woori Financial Group Inc. has announced the completion of a major corporate restructuring by removing Woori Investment Bank Co., Ltd. as a direct subsidiary following its merger with Woori Investment Securities Co., Ltd. as of August 1, 2024. This change comes after a previous board resolution and is part of the company’s strategic realignment, leaving Woori Financial Group with a total of 14 direct subsidiaries.
