Woodside Energy Group Ltd has announced a change in director’s interest with Ashok Belani acquiring 733 ordinary shares at $27.55 each through CPU Share Plans Pty Ltd, as part of the Non-Executive Directors’ Share Plan. This update follows the company’s compliance with ASX Listing Rules and is intended for release to the market.
