Wood River Capital, LLC has reached a 10.97% ownership in Victoria PLC, as they reported a change in the ultimate controlling entity. The notification, dated 1st August 2024 and disclosed two days later, indicates no change in the percentage of voting rights held by Wood River Capital, with 12,500,000 shares remaining post-transaction. The company’s complete chain of control was also detailed, showing Koch, Inc. as the significant controlling entity.
