The notification, dated 1st August 2024 and disclosed two days later, indicates no change in the percentage of voting rights held by Wood River Capital, with 12,500,000 shares remaining post-transaction. The company’s complete chain of control was also detailed, showing Koch, Inc. as the significant controlling entity.
