Wong Fong Industries Limited held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 79 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore, with all members of the board and key officials in attendance, including the Chairman, Mr. Pao Kiew Tee. The meeting commenced with a quorum present, and voting on resolutions was conducted via manual polls, overseen by CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. as scrutineer. Prior to voting, all proxy forms were verified for validity and the voting instructions of shareholders were confirmed.
