Wolters Kluwer has successfully priced a €500 million seven-year senior unsecured Eurobond with an annual coupon of 3.375 percent, set to mature in 2032. The proceeds from this bond, which was placed with a broad range of institutional investors across Europe, will be used for general corporate purposes, potentially strengthening the company’s financial position and supporting its operations across its diverse market sectors.
