Wizz Air Holdings (GB:WIZZ) has released an update.
Wizz Air Holdings PLC has announced that, as of July 31, 2024, the company has 103,361,587 ordinary shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. Each share carries one voting right, but shares owned by Non-Qualifying Nationals are subject to disenfranchisement measures. Shareholders can use this total number to assess their notification obligations under financial regulations, as well as for calculating the company’s fully diluted share capital, which theoretically stands at 127,712,796 shares.
