The company attributes this success to its new Propel IQ marketing platform and anticipates further growth with the launch of SalesCloser AI, an innovative virtual AI sales agent. Despite a decrease in revenue from a major customer, organic growth remained strong, and the company is optimistic about improving profitability and cash flow in 2024.
