Wishbone Gold ( (GB:WSBN) ) has issued an announcement.
Wishbone Gold has confirmed gold and copper mineralisation along an approximately 4km diorite trend at its Red Setter Project in Western Australia, following assay results from its 2025 drilling campaign. The results, which include several significant intercepts and evidence of a large hydrothermal system, are consistent with previous drilling and indicate widespread mineralisation that remains largely untested.
The company has laid out a fully funded 25-hole, 9,000-metre drilling programme for 2026, designed to test extensions of known mineralisation, evaluate continuity along the diorite trend and refine understanding of structural controls. Management says this will be the largest drill campaign at Red Setter to date and is expected to accelerate the project’s advancement and strengthen Wishbone’s positioning in a highly prospective gold-copper province.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:WSBN) stock is a Hold with a £72.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Wishbone Gold stock, see the GB:WSBN Stock Forecast page.
