Wiseway Group’s Substantial Holder Increases Stake

Wiseway Group Ltd. (AU:WWG) has released an update.

In a recent update, Roger Shigang Tong reported a change in his substantial holding in Wiseway Group Limited, now holding 46,362,400 votes, reflecting an increased voting power of 27.71%. The notice detailed changes in voting interests since the last report, indicating Tong’s direct interest in 34,369,429 fully paid ordinary shares and indirect control over an additional 11,992,971 shares through Regnans Capital Pty Ltd. No new associations have been reported in relation to Tong’s substantial holding.
