WiseTech Global Ltd. has reported a decrease in the stake held by substantial holder Richard White and his controlled entity, RealWise Holdings Pty Ltd, with their voting power in the company dropping from 39.72% to 38.72%. This change occurred between April 15 and June 14, 2024, primarily through on-market trades resulting in the sale of 2,682,861 ordinary shares. Despite the reduction, Richard White’s RealWise Holdings Pty Ltd remains a significant shareholder with 129,123,709 votes.
