Richard White, a director of WiseTech Global Limited, has indirectly sold 281,849 ordinary shares at an average price of $98.92 per share. The transactions, which took place on the market between June 7 and 13, 2024, resulted in White’s indirectly held shares in the company decreasing to 118,650,850. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the trades did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
