Richard White, director of WiseTech Global Limited, has decreased his indirect shareholding in the company through on-market trades, selling 225,338 ordinary shares at an average price of $135.85 each. Following the sale, which took place between September 27 and October 2, 2024, White’s indirect interest via RealWise Holdings Pty Limited now stands at 115,783,907 shares. The sale did not occur during a closed period requiring written clearance.
