WiseTech Global Ltd. has reported a change in the holdings of director Richard Dammery, who acquired 320 ordinary shares through the conversion of rights under the company’s Non-Executive Director Fee Sacrifice Share Acquisition Plan. The estimated value per share was $111.71, and following the conversion, Dammery’s total holding via Solium Nominees (Australia) Pty Ltd has increased to 5,949 shares.
