WiseTech Global Limited has announced that Director Fiona Pak-Poy has acquired an indirect interest in the company through the purchase of 1,000 ordinary shares at an average price of $93.24 per share, as per the most recent director’s interest notice. The shares are held indirectly through FJPP Nominees Pty Ltd as nominee for The Fiona Pak-Poy Testamentary Trust, marking a notable change in the director’s interest since the last notice on 1 February 2024.
