The latest update is out from Wise PLC Class A ( (GB:WISE) ).

Wise PLC detailed its plan to shift its primary listing to a U.S. stock exchange, adopt U.S. GAAP reporting instead of IFRS, and change its reporting currency from pounds sterling to U.S. dollars while keeping a secondary London listing. The company has reconciled historical financials to U.S. GAAP, translated its medium-term guidance to the new reporting framework, and emphasized that its growth and profitability targets remain unchanged, implying continuity in strategic direction as it courts U.S. capital markets.

Wise translated its prior IFRS-based underlying income and profit guidance into U.S. GAAP metrics, targeting 15–20% compound annual net revenue growth and a medium-term income-before-tax margin of 15–20% of net revenue, potentially 20–25% while it is unable to pass through most interest income to customers. The company explained how interest income from safeguarding $26.4 billion of customer balances is shared between Wise and customers, noted that regulatory and operational constraints currently boost margins by limiting payouts, and highlighted a $40 million annual sensitivity of results to a 25-basis-point move in central bank rates.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:WISE) stock is a Buy with a £1160.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Wise PLC Class A stock, see the GB:WISE Stock Forecast page.
