Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.
Wise PLC has announced its total voting rights and capital structure, revealing that its issued share capital comprises over 1 billion Class A ordinary shares and nearly 400 million Class B ordinary shares. The combined total voting rights amount to over 3.2 billion, with CEO Kristo Käärmann holding a majority that is capped to ensure his voting power remains below 50%. This cap adjusts his Class B shares voting rights, effectively decreasing the total exercisable voting rights to approximately 2.7 billion.
