Wise PLC Reports Director-Related Share Distributions

Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.

Wise PLC has disclosed that Alex Rampell, a non-executive director, was involved in transactions concerning the distribution of Class A ordinary shares from AH Parallel Fund IV, L.P. and Rampell Family Revocable Trust, both closely associated with him. The transactions, which were not conducted on a trading venue, included a transfer of 66,111 shares at no cost on the 13th of June 2024, followed by another distribution of 40,401 shares on the same terms.
