Wise PLC has issued a notification regarding a significant change in ownership, revealing that Estonian-based OÜ Notorious has increased its voting rights in the company to 13.095900% as of August 1, 2024. This change reflects an uptick from the previous notification’s 11.797800%, with OÜ Notorious now holding a total of 353,682,539 voting rights in the UK issuer. The notification was completed on August 5, 2024, in Tallinn.
