On January 29, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, to be paid on February 28, 2024, to shareholders on record as of February 14, 2024. Additionally, the Board made key appointments: Smita Conjeevaram as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Shamla Naidoo as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, with both committees being reconstituted with independent members as per NYSE and SEC regulations.
