In the recent annual general meeting of Wisdom Sports Group, all proposed resolutions were passed unanimously. Shareholders voted in favor of adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and re-electing all directors with full approval, as their remunerations were also authorized by the board.
