Wisdom Education International Holdings Co. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Tam King Ching Kenny as an independent non-executive director and chair of the audit committee, effective 31 May 2024, due to other work commitments. He will be succeeded by Mr. Poon Ha Fung, who brings over 25 years of business experience and has held senior roles at global firms like Carlyle and Societe Generale Asia Limited. Mr. Poon’s appointment aligns with the company’s compliance with independence criteria and he has no material interests in the company.
