Wipro Limited has announced that its 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for July 18, 2024, and will be conducted via video conferencing. The company has released its Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24, which is accessible on their website and has been sent to shareholders with registered email addresses. Additionally, Wipro’s Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from July 17 to July 18, 2024, for the AGM.
