Wipro Limited has announced the re-appointment of Rishad A. Premji as the Executive Chairman and Azim H. Premji as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, each for a term of five years commencing from July 31, 2024. The decision, subject to shareholder approval, was finalized during the board meeting held from April 18 to April 19, 2024. These strategic leadership appointments are set to guide Wipro through its next phase of growth in the global information technology and consulting sectors.
