Winvia Entertainment PLC ( (GB:WVIA) ) has provided an announcement.

Winvia Entertainment PLC, a technology-led entertainment company listed on AIM, focuses on the UK prize draw market and Romanian online gaming, supported by a proprietary platform and a multi-brand strategy. It is the UK’s second-largest prize draw operator and runs several established Romanian gaming brands, with near-term growth aimed at consolidating the fragmented UK prize draw space via organic expansion and acquisitions.

The company disclosed that Keyplay Holdings Limited, a vehicle used by CEO Mihai Manoila and other senior executives, has distributed its entire 14.38 million-share stake in Winvia to the executives’ respective holding entities via dividends in kind. While the executives’ underlying beneficial ownership in the company remains unchanged, the move simplifies the shareholder structure by transferring shares directly into entities controlled by the CEO, COO and CTO, potentially improving transparency around insider holdings without altering control dynamics.
