WinVest Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, has announced that its Board of Directors approved a month-long extension for completing an initial business combination, moving the deadline from September 17, 2024, to October 17, 2024. This extension is to allow the company more time to finalize its business combination, and in relation to this, an additional $30,000 will be added to the trust account from the company’s funding. This decision serves to give WinVest Acquisition Corp. the additional time needed to pursue its goal of merging with, acquiring, or reorganizing with a target business.
