Winton Land Limited has announced the issuance of 320,298 unquoted share options under its Share Option Plan, as per a resolution by the company’s directors on May 17, 2024. These options, which do not confer voting rights or entitlement to dividends, are exercisable at $3.8870 each over a 12-month period post-vesting across three tranches with dates ranging from 2028 to 2034. The move represents a significant expansion of Winton’s financial product offerings, with the options comprising 100% of their class.
