Winson Holdings Hong Kong Ltd announced that its proposed resolution outlined in the previous circular was overwhelmingly approved by independent shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 20, 2024. The resolution pertains to a sale and purchase agreement dated June 7, 2024, and received a 100% favorable vote from the attending voting shareholders. Executive Directors and their associates abstained from voting, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
