Winson Holdings Hong Kong Limited has announced a delay in the despatch of a circular regarding its acquisition of 37.5% of Lask JV Facility Management Services Limited, originally scheduled for 5 July 2024. The circular, which will provide further details on the acquisition, is now expected to be distributed by 5 August 2024 due to the need for additional time to finalize certain information.
