Winsome Resources has received approval from the Superior Court of Québec for an extension to the call option agreement with Stornoway Diamonds, which includes a C$8,500,000 extension fee payment. This approval allows Winsome to continue its strategic focus on advancing the Adina Lithium Project. Additionally, Winsome corrected a previous announcement, changing the exclusivity rights expiration date from 31 July 2025 to 31 May 2025. These developments are expected to strengthen Winsome’s position in the lithium market and enhance its project advancement capabilities.
