Winsome Resources Director’s Increased Stake

Winsome Resources Limited (AU:WR1) has released an update.

Winsome Resources Limited has announced changes in the holdings of director Christopher Allan Evans, who now directly and indirectly owns an increased number of ordinary shares and has exercised vested performance rights. The transactions, which included the acquisition of 1,400,000 ordinary shares and the disposal of 1,150,000 Class C Performance Rights and 250,000 Class O Performance Rights, were carried out as non-cash consideration for services.
