Wins Finance Amends Subscription Agreement Terms

Wins Finance Holdings (WINSF) has released an update.

Wins Finance Holdings Inc. has amended its Share Subscription Agreement with Jude Gongsheng International Medical Investment Management (Beijing) LLC and Mr. Mu Renhui, setting a new payment deadline of December 31, 2024, for the remaining $7,310,000. Should the payment not be fulfilled by the deadline, the agreement will be terminated, releasing all parties from their obligations. This supplementary agreement will take precedence over the original agreement in case of any discrepancies.
